Firstly, what is the Healthy Collective?

The Healthy Collective brings together for the first-time, citizens, health and wellness practitioners and other stakeholders with a vision to build a healthy community through consistent, transparent, and accessible holistic healthcare options.

It has a large network of health professionals and practices including GP's, pharmacies and allied health as well as over 70 aged care and disability providers across Australia.

Facilitating and creating new and better models of care, The Healthy Collective uses a unique approach of collaboration, yet respects the sovereignty of each organisation. It provides direct support for members, citizens, practitioners, and organisations (Healthy Networks) as well as collaborations where there is synergy.

What is the Healthy Communities initiative?

The Healthy Communities initiative involves the Healthy Collective working with a variety of members to support the strategic and operational objectives of each organisation. This also includes finding new revenue and funding opportunities and partnerships to turbo charge their strategic goals and the overall success of each organisation.

These members include:

  • Social Enterprises
  • Charities
  • Community Clubs
  • Sporting Clubs
  • Non for Profits
  • For Purpose Organisations

These organisations typically have clients, participants, or members in their area of focus and need to put great effort to sustain enough revenue, from membership fees, funding, sponsorships, and other initiatives to survive

The Healthy Collective is developing a series of strategies and collaborations to assist these organisations become more sustainable and support their client base better.

Healthy Communities Strategies

The strategies outlined below are built around leveraging on the organisation’s strengths:

  • Existing physical assets, like clubrooms, facilities etc
  • Membership and client base
  • Existing sponsors, benefactors, funding options

With the direct support of The Healthy Collective team, or strategic collaborations with complimentary organisations, we aim to fast-track gaps or weaknesses in the organisation.

This can be achieved through the following actions:

  • Creating, managing, or enhancing existing client/member database:
Database management, EDM creation, social media support, enhanced health & wellness information
  • Attract and retain sponsor corporate partners:
Create a better link of Members/Clients to Sponsors/Corporate partners by creating or enhancing a Rewards/Loyalty Program, as well as creating offers and additional value by keeping front of mind sponsors to clients
  • New and novel fundraising and revenue ideas:
Games, coffee program, retail opportunities, health programs, health solutions, funding/tenders
  • Healthy Living Precincts:
Creating spaces and events for Healthy Collective members to use that are age, disability, family and work friendly
