Working with care organisations or collective groups of consumers, we refine what services are required and identify practitioners that are capable, willing and local to the consumer, to provide a consistent service, under a single contract.

With a focus on aged care, disability, hospital avoidance and workplace health, HCS provides governance and systems to manage the delivery of complex and multidisciplinary services to these sectors.

We are not a direct provider of health service, rather we manage or broker service delivery of health practitioners under an agreed service level.
