Nick Tsamaidis
Nick has over 30 years’ experience in the pharmacy and healthcare industry, as a pharmacist, pharmacy owner and healthcare executive. In 2008, Nick was appointed CEO of Chemplus Pty Ltd, where he oversaw the organisational restructure and governance of the company. Nick was also instrumental in the brands transformation and merger with the TerryWhite Group in 2015.
Currently, as Managing Director of The Healthy Collective, Nick is spearheading the development and implementation of this support and collaborative initiative to further the role of health practitioners and other stakeholders to better consumer health.
Nick has specialised expertise in the delivery of services to the aged care, and disability sector as well as developing hospital avoidance strategies. He plays an active role in progressing best practice principles in the area of the quality use of medicines. Nick is passionate about health economics, expanding the capacity of primary care and creating holistic healthcare solutions.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy and is a Committee Member for the University of Australia’s Advisory Group, where he works to ensure next-generation pharmacists and other health professionals are equipped to meet future industry challenges.

Joseph (Joe) Whitehouse
Joe is an experienced pharmacist with 20 years in clinical practice roles in hospital, university and community pharmacy, throughout Australia and the UK.
Joe graduated with Honours from UniSA in 2004 and completed his intern training at Women’s and Children’s Hospital (WCH) the same year. He continued to work in hospital-based clinical roles in South Australia, Queensland and in the United Kingdom with a particular focus on mental health, infectious disease, high-cost drugs and medication use surveillance. He was a lead pharmacist in the establishment of Antimicrobial Stewardship programs at WCH and Flinders Medical Centre according to the National Safety and Quality Health Care Standards.
In 2013 he commenced with Chemplus pharmacies to setup and run a centrally governed clinical pharmacy service for the 6,000 beds serviced by Chemplus member pharmacies. This model has been maintained through evolved corporate structures and is the origin of The Healthy Collective’s unified service contracting arrangements from Healthy Care Services, of which Joe is the Director.
Joe is passionate about using data to drive change and improve operational processes, particularly in relation to the use of medicines. He has recently completed Certified Health Informatics Australia (CHIA) certification with the Australian Institute of Digital Health. He has commenced post-graduate qualifications in public health and is an Adjunct Clinical Fellow at UniSA School of Clinical and Health Sciences.
Joe maintains regular clinical practice as an accredited pharmacist with Healthy Clinical, and as a community pharmacist practicing with the Christies Beach pharmacy group in southern Adelaide.

Denis Fisk
Denis is a highly credentialled corporate business and marketing strategist with over 20 years global experience. Denis’ expertise spans a range of industry sectors, which most recently includes health and wellness.
For over 8 years Denis worked for international company, Transitions Optical with a focus on business development, education programs and marketing. This saw Denis undertake roles across the globe including the United States and Asia Pacific. In his time at Transitions Optical, Denis also developed a new business organisational structure for the Indian market.
In 2014, Denis joined the TerryWhite Chemmart (Chemplus) group with a focus on marketing and business operations. Denis was instrumental in launching and managing the Chemplus Rewards Program and led the business development team.
Denis joined the Healthy Business Group as General Manager in 2018. Currently, Denis is responsible for the group’s business services structure, after acquiring this from TerryWhite Chemmart. He also manages the ongoing growth and profitability of the business services entity.

Daniel Rigon
Daniel has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of pharmacy and other professional services, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Management) as well as being a Chartered Accountant – CAANZ.Daniel heads up our Healthy Improvement department, and will be using his business savvy skills and unwavering dedication to assist our clients in many areas, in particular: financial data analysis, financial year budgeting, and business planning.
From cash flow to financial reporting, Daniel has strong analytical skills that help businesses thrive. However, he also has a personality that will make you smile, is great with people and as such, is also passionate and talented in the areas of people and culture, and recruitment.
